Rachel Litwin, Psy.D.
Coastal Behavior Therapy
Meet Dr. Litwin
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a passion for helping people connect to their values in order to reduce suffering. I believe that by combining compassion and commitment, together we can overcome the obstacles that are creating difficulties in your life. Drawing from evidence-based treatment, I teach skills to identify and change unhelpful patterns. I believe that growth comes from connecting to your values.
I live in Madison, Connecticut with my husband and two children. I love baking, watching HGTV renovation shows, and reading historical fiction.
